Video Interviews & Biographies
Video biographies, also known as legacy videos, stand as a retelling of a person's life usually by that person him/herself. The length of these videos is usually around 20 to 40 minutes in length, which is ideal for capturing the essence of a person's life without making the video too long. But, of course, there are always exceptions to this. They are produced as stand-alone documentaries featuring footage of family or individual interviews, interlaced with treasured family photographs, and home movies which can be supported with effective background music. The events of one's lifetime can be honored and enjoyed for both current and future family generations.
Ample preparation is provided by doing a pre interview at some time without the camera present. Interview questions are decided upon and pictures, if included, arranged. This allows the client and cameraman to get an idea of how to proceed with the actual shoot.
